I'm so glad this teacher took EFT up in this very simple and easy variation.
I've been a supply teacher (substitute teacher for those Americans reading) for years and often start the day with EFT for a restless class who has a different teacher in front of them. The adult class assistants are always very impressed with the results and the procedure.

What a wise teacher; she is giving her students a life tool they can always use as well as better preparing them for each day's learning. Thanks for sharing this simple adaptation of EFT.

This is beautiful Betty! In what seems like another lifetime, I used to teach kindergarten. I wish I had known EFT then. I can imagine how wonderful it would have been to start the day with such beautiful intentions . . . and to teach this to children at such a young age. I love this site! It is so very warm and welcoming. Thank you for your efforts.
