I Have Every Right To Feel…
I want to share some new wording I’ve been getting good results with. This simple phrasing often allows for a nice, quick release accompanied by a sigh…
The “True or Partially True” Technique for Testing Your Work
Ask your client to make a statement that directly reflects the success of the tapping you have been doing. Watch the body language carefully and listen to how the words are delivered. Once the statement is made, ask the client to go inside his/her feeling place, connect to the heart or the inner child and ask, “Is that statement true or partially true?”
The Watcher on the Hill
“‘For years I had been so angry with my self and I hated myself for I had so many false beliefs about me. From that deep hatred for me came my deep hatred for my parents, my family, my world really and I used shame and blame… I am a new person today. I feel different. Like I’ve never felt before. A certain freedom.’”
When the Bug Bites, When the Bee Stings, Don’t Forget EFT!
“Using EFT like this, I’ve had mosquito and ant bites that never even left a mark! Amazing to me, especially in the case of the ants.”
EFT for the Highly Sensitive Person
“Being highly sensitive has its blessings and its drawbacks, sometimes both, simultaneously. Much of my work has been about how to use EFT to heal the wounds of the sensitive nature so that we are empowered to use our gifts in the service of ourselves, our families, our communities and the world itself.”
Soften and Flow: Relieve Stress with EFT Freedom Spells
“Reduce your stress right down to zero by using the following protocol – then go back and think about what the real problem is, and you will find the right opening statements popping into your mind in no time…”
Teaching Others How To Tap
“Your demonstration of tapping might be sowing the seeds to a more open mind. If you just plant a few seeds in someone’s mind, you have done good work.”
The “I Don’t Feel Anything” Problem
“In your mind, you may say, ‘Thank you, shield, for having protected me all this while. I needed you around at that time, but right now, I’m ready to let you go…’”
Tapping within an Emotional Hurricane
“This session affirmed for both of us that the need for just being, not doing or fixing is a critical part of the healing process.”
No More Singing Jitters!
“Diane (not her real name) felt stage-fright singing in front of a huge audience. She knew she was a talented singer because she had received many accolades for her work. Yet, when it came to singing in front of a big audience, she would fumble, forget her lyrics or just feel ill with anxiety…”
