Great idea! After reading about tapping along a movie on Gary's site I incorporated this method in my tapping routine. I watch movies quite often and usually I tap along the whole film. After doing this for over a year now I can see a huge difference! I didn't have a sudden shift, but it seems that the continous tapping made so many little changes as there are uncountable different situations in movies. Janice, congratulations on your success!
