Comment and Sharing Guidelines

commentsWelcome. We hope you will feel free to share your unique EFT experiences, perspectives and opinions with our visitors, either by submitting an article or leaving comments. By carefully articulating our comment and posting guidelines, we hope to make it very clear what presenting your point-of-view means to us, and what our policies are regarding direct marketing and affiliation.

How Comments Work:

Comments show up below the post on the page where you leave your comment. A selection of some of the more “site-wide” comments appear on the homepage. When you leave a comment on EFTfree.net, you have the opportunity to enter your website and create a live link that invites the reader to “click through” and learn more about you. Please keep in mind, your comments will not appear immediately. Instead, they come to us for moderation and, if they meet with these guidelines, post within 24 hours. Comments are not designed to be Q & A forums – and experience is showing us that people seldom answer questions directly via comments. If you have a question about the article, we hope you will email the author directly or post your EFT-related questions on the Emofree.com Message Boards.

Promotional Policies and “Direct Marketing”:

We heartily promote visibility for our contributors. If you share EFT-focused opinions and experiences or comments on EFTfree.net, it is our pleasure to make sure each article or comment carries your name and a way to contact you, regardless of whether it appears live on our site or via email to our subscribers. If you do not have a website, we are happy to include your email address. What sets EFTfree apart from other sites is that we actively discourage the practice of direct marketing of products or services in articles or comments. Instead, we offer that if someone resonates with what you have to say, they will undoubtedly click through to your website and potentially contact you. In other words, we trust — and hope to convey — that passionately written EFT experiences and perspectives do a far better job of promoting EFT and your expertise than any sales pitch ever could.

As a part of our “public library” vision, we also do not participate in quid pro quo linking of any kind, and we cannot include links to products or services in our comments or articles. However, if you like our site and want to share the benefits found here, we appreciatively accept your link to us (and we have a hidden SEO links page with links back to sites that require this) — and we offer that this kind of support benefits everyone who contributes here.

Republishing Guidelines:

All articles on this blog may be republished on your website or blog with written permission from the author(s). If you discovered an article via EFTfree.net, we appreciate that you link back or otherwise mention EFTfree as your source.

Comment Content:

Obviously spam or abusive or hurtful comments will not be posted. We hope to allow a safe space for everyone to offer their opinions and experiences which is why we moderate our comments and content so closely. Comments are also not designed to function as community bulletin-boards, i.e. personal requests or advertisements. If you are looking for answers to EFT related questions, we recommend you visit the Emofree.com Message Boards.
