Level 1 (AAMET) Workshop Guidelines:

In Level 1, students learn the very basics of EFT, which include the history, the full Basic Recipe, shortcuts and common EFT applications like tapping to reduce cravings.

Level 1 EFT courses (AAMET) are designed to give students practical experience in these areas – enough to draw their own conclusions and take the basic skills with them. Live exercises, training in pairs and 1-to-1 feedback are integral.

The Level 1 curriculum below meets AAMET criteria and is adapted from the full 16-Module EFT Foundations Course originally developed by EFT Trainer Gwyneth Moss.
