Level 2 (AAMET) Workshop Guidelines:
In an AAMET Level 2 course, more foundational skills are introduced and these basics are brought together. Students learn the more gentle approaches, skillful ways to test results, develop trust in intuition and offer EFT professionally.
Live exercises, training in pairs and 1:1 feedback are integral to the process of learning and gaining confidence.
The curriculum below meets AAMET criteria and is adapted from the EFT Foundations Level 2 Course originally developed by EFT Master Trainer Gwyneth Moss.
In an EFT Level 2 course, students can expect to learn:
- Listening and gaining Rapport
- The Tearless Trauma Technique and the Tell the Story technique
- The Gentle Techniques of Chasing the Pain and Sneaking Up
- More approaches for physical issues, Core Issues and physical symptoms
- Finding Core Issues with skillful questions

- Continuing instruction in handling trauma
